- Support inventory accounting, COGS analysis, ingredient and packaging cost tracking, SKU-level profitability, and product-line performance analysis.
- Translate accounting and operational data into clear, useful information for finance leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Serve as the internal accounting owner for NetSuite, improving reports, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, controls, and accounting processes.
- Support tax, audit, insurance, covenant reporting, investor reporting, and other compliance or external reporting needs.
- Lead and develop accounting team members while operating with ownership, urgency, sound judgment, and a willingness to be hands-on.

- Experience in consumer products, retail, beauty, personal care, manufacturing, distribution, or another inventory-based business strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with COGS analysis, ingredient and packaging cost tracking, gross margin reporting, SKU-level profitability, trade spend, inventory metrics, and product-line performance analysis.
- Experience improving close processes, accounting workflows, system controls, reporting accuracy, and finance operations in a growing or scaling organization.
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with reporting tools, BI tools, planning systems, EDI, Shopify, Amazon, 3PL integrations, or consumer products systems preferred.
