Job summary

Peninsula School in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a collaborative Controller to join our Business Office and steward the school's financial health. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, you will lead key accounting functions and ensure accurate reporting.

You will manage budgeting, audit support, compliance, and internal controls, partnering with school leadership to maintain financial integrity and support mission-driven programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading accounting functions in a school or non-profit setting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Ability to develop and monitor budgets and provide financial reporting.
