The Richmond Group USA is seeking a hands-on Controller / Senior Accounting Leader to strengthen an evolving accounting operation in the Lewisburg, WV area. This on-site role offers ownership beyond standard reporting and requires problem-solving, process improvement, and a proactive approach.

You will own month-end close, GL, AP oversight, reconciliations, controls, and audit support while helping build a stronger accounting function for the future.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Controller / Senior Accounting Leader to help lead and strengthen an accounting operation during an exciting period of change and investment.

This isn’t a “sit back and review reports” kind of role. We need someone who likes to dig in, solve problems, build better processes and get things done.

What you’ll own:

• Month‑end/year‑end close & financial reporting
• General ledger and multi‑entity accounting
• AP oversight and accounting operations
• Reconciliations, controls & audit support
• Process improvement and financial cleanup
• Helping build a stronger accounting function going forward

You may be a fit if you’re:

• A Controller, Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager ready for more ownership
• Strong technically but still willing to roll up your sleeves

• Hospitality experience is a plus — not a requirement.
