Job summary

Andrews & Cole, LLC is seeking a seasoned Controller for an interim 3‑month engagement in the greater Cherry Hill, NJ area. You will work with the CFO to maintain the GL, manage the monthly close, and provide reporting for management and PE sponsors.

The role requires 5+ years of Controller experience, strong month-end close and financial reporting skills, and hands-on involvement with ERP systems and Excel.

Andrews & Cole is seeking a seasoned Controller to work on an Interim basis at a PE-Backed portfolio company located in the greater Cherry Hill, NJ area. This controller will be engaged for approximately 3 months and will work with the CFO to maintain the GL, execute the monthly close process, and provide any reporting information needed for both management and PE sponsor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close and financial reporting.

• Support overall budget and forecasting process
• Cash management
• Monitor areas including AP, AR, fixed assets
• Improve any accounting processes as needed
• Work with any outside vendors as needed
• Provide guidance to team while remaining actively involved in the work. Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Controller experience.
• Strong in month-end close, GL and financial reporting.
• Excel skills and experience working with accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A hands-on, accountable approach with strong communication skills.
