Ledgent Finance & Accounting in Denver, CO, is seeking a CPA-certified Controller to lead a 10-person accounting team. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive and enhance all accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

This fully onsite role offers a salary of USD 170,000–210,000 with comprehensive health benefits (including HSA with match), a retirement plan with match, and negotiable PTO. Manufacturing experience and supervisory history are required.

• Active CPA required for manufacturing accounting leadership.
• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with business intelligence tools is preferred.

Lendgent has partnered with a long-time and trusted client of ours in the manufacturing industry in search of a Controller to add to their growing team. This role will report to the CFO and have oversight of a 10 person accounting team. This position will lead and help to improve all accounting operations while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. This is a fully onsite role requiring an active CPA.

Requirements:

• Must hold an active CPA and have prior manufacturing accounting experience


• Proven supervisory experience and exposure to working with business intelligence tools

Salary/Benefits:

• $170-210k
