Liberty Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Controller to oversee all financial operations for our Delavan-based HVAC small business.

You will manage accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial stability across the organization. This role requires collaboration with external auditors, tax planning, vendor relationships, and leadership of the finance team while supporting strategic growth and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in controller or finance leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Monitor cash flow and working capital to support operations.
