Expert in managing complex finance organizations with multi-entity and multi-LOB structures.

Responsibilities

Lead financial close processes and reduce closing cycle.
Manage financial reporting and analysis across multiple legal entities and business units.
Collaborate with senior executives, board members, rating agencies, and manage public debt relationships.
Drive process improvements and project manage finance initiatives.
Support acquisitions, including integration activities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a sizable finance team.

Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will lead a team of 5 direct and 60-70 indirect reports, overseeing multi-entity, multi-line-of-business financial operations. This role requires a strategic, analytical problem solver who thrives in a complex environment with acquisitions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
