Job summary

LeoForce in Concord, MA is seeking a Senior Controller to lead financial strategy and operations for a growing residential real estate development organization. You will oversee capital strategy, accounting, reporting, risk management, and project-level performance to drive growth.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, evaluating development opportunities, structuring financing, and ensuring the financial infrastructure supports ongoing expansion.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
  • Direct experience within residential real estate development, homebuilding, multifamily development, or a closely related real estate environment.
  • CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical accounting foundation with the ability to operate strategically and hands-on.
  • Advanced financial modeling and real estate pro forma experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership:
