Superior Beverage Group is seeking a strategic Controller in Solon, OH to lead accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities. You will drive closing cycles, consolidate reporting, and strengthen internal controls in a growth-focused environment.

The role partners with executives to develop budgets, forecasts, and actionable insights while overseeing accounting operations, audits, and compliance with GAAP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Experience managing multiple entities and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with automation and financial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities.
  • Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and consolidated reporting.
  • Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and journal entries.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses with leadership.
  • Maintain internal controls and coordinate external audits and tax activities.
