CHN Housing Partners in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Controller to oversee CHN’s core financial operations, including accounts payable, grants management, and general ledger functions. This role ensures accurate financial reporting and timely invoice payments, while identifying solutions to financial issues.
The Controller will supervise the accounting team, oversee audits and 990 returns, and collaborate on annual budgets, grant budgets, and program integrations.

Position Summary: The Controller is responsible for overseeing CHN’s core financial operations, including the accounts payable, grants management and general ledger functions. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of CHN’s finances by evaluating financial reports, ensuring timely invoice payments and A/R collections, and identifying solutions to financial issues.
The rate of pay for this position is $ 120,000 - $130,000 per year (FLSA Exempt) commensurate with experience
