Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and financial operations across the company. The role oversees the accounting team, financial reporting, treasury, cash management, and project accounting, driving accuracy and timely information for growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in progressive accounting roles, including leadership in construction or related sectors, with strong experience in project accounting and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including accounting leadership in construction or related industry.
• Experience with project/contract accounting, treasury operations, and financial reporting.
• Trimble Vista experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, project accounting, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Manage monthly and year-end close, revenue recognition, internal controls, tax compliance, and coordination with external CPA firm.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, working capital, credit facilities, equipment financing, and treasury activities.
• Lead and develop the accounting team while ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
• Serve as the financial lead for Trimble Vista, including reporting, integrations, automation, data integrity, and process improvements.

Job Description

The Controller will lead the companys accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting, treasury, cash management, project accounting, and financial systems. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, project accounting, cash management, and financial reporting.


• Manage monthly and year-end close, revenue recognition, internal controls, tax compliance, and coordination with external CPA firm.


• Oversee cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, working capital, credit facilities, equipment financing, and treasury activities.


• Lead and develop the accounting team while ensuring accurate and timely financial information.


• Serve as the financial lead for Trimble Vista, including reporting, integrations, automation, data integrity, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.


• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including accounting leadership in construction or related industry.


• Experience with project/contract accounting, treasury operations, and financial reporting.


• Trimble Vista experience strongly preferred.
