Job summary

Procom Services seeks a Controller to oversee the financial operations for a manufacturing environment in Pewaukee, WI. The role reports to the General Manager and partners with executive leadership to shape organizational and financial strategy.

You will manage month-end close, standard costing, pricing strategies, and ERP initiatives while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 10–15 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing and developing ERP systems.
• Power user proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic business partner to the executive leadership team and financial liaison with the holding company.
• Coordinate month-end close process and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Maintain standard costing system, including calculation of labor and overhead rates and variance analysis.
• Develop pricing strategies, validate new business proposals and drive improvement to profit margins for existing parts.
• Develop monthly operating forecasts and annual operating plan.
• Serve as ERP lead, driving continuous improvement in systematic processes and reporting capabilities.
• Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures.

Develop and drive the organizational and financial strategy.
