The Controller will ensure the integrity of financial statements, provide financial analysis and insights for timely decisions, manage budgeting, forecasting, costing, KPI reporting, and lead the accounting team reporting directly to the CEO.

J-Tech is seeking a Controller to both perform and provide oversight to core financial and accounting processes and work collaboratively with company leaders to advance the continued growth and success of the organization. The Controller will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of company financials and providing financial analysis and insights to drive operational efficiencies. The ability to provide accurate reporting and analysis to allow for timely decision-making is a critical component of the position. The ability to utilize financial information to leverage strengths across all business entities, including KPI data collection and reporting, costing, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring the financial health of the organization, is essential to the role. A successful Controller will build relationships externally with the Board and other business partners, and internally across departments, while furthering our team environment. This position will report directly to the CEO and lead the accounting team.
