$80,000 to $100,000 annual salary

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong US GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
Experience with month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Sage Intacct experience preferred
ServiceTitan or other field service software experience preferred
Experience with job costing and departmental accounting preferred
Previous accounting leadership or supervisory experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Lead and develop the accounting team
Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
Maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Manage job costing, departmental accounting, and margin analysis
Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting processes
Oversee accounts receivable, vendor payments, cash flow, and credit card processes
Coordinate tax filings, audits, and external accounting partners
Oversee payroll and support accounting staff
Analyze financial performance against budget and prior year
Partner with operations and leadership to improve financial performance
Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems, processes, and reporting
