More than 1,000 companies use Join today, including 25 of the ENR Top 50 general contractors. Owners, contractors, and design teams collaborate across thousands of projects on Join, from hospitals and labs to data centers and stadiums. You’ll be our first dedicated finance hire and the only person who owns the numbers and audits, and contributes critically to the plan. Today the books live in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com, and the accounting is straightforward — the opportunity is to take a working setup and build it into a finance function that can carry us through audits, diligence, and the next stage of growth.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be deeply involved in all aspects of our reporting, working with an accounting firm on the details, then turn around and walk the board through what the numbers mean. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be the person we rely on for an honest read on cash, burn, and where the business actually stands.
