Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Controller to join its expanding accounting team in Baltimore. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, and integration after acquisitions. Candidates should have a BS in Accounting, over 6 years of experience in accounting, and the ability to lead a team. Experience in manufacturing or distribution is preferred. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary within a dynamic work environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or construction industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with acquisition integrations in accounting processes.

Large Company owned by a well-known East Coast Billionaire continues to expand with strategic acquisitions! The organization is taking over the industry across the US!

The Controller will join a strong Accounting team loaded with CPA's who come from well-known companies and public accounting backgrounds! This particular role will assist with recent acquisition integrations and take over the Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Reporting going forward!

The Controller will have the opportunity to interview and select a team to support the ongoing Accounting & Finance operations. The company plans to complete several additional acquisition over the next 12 months which will lead to further growth.
