  • Experience leading core accounting at a growing company or advising high-growth businesses; comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.
  • Proven track record in building scalable processes and internal controls.

  • Managing month-end and year-end closes.
  • Preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements.
  • Designing internal controls and scalable policies.
  • Coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, vendors.
  • Enhancing accounting systems and processes.
  • Supporting financial operations, reporting, compliance.
  • Refining expense and reimbursement procedures.
  • Managing treasury operations for Reserv's liquid assets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting.

  • Experience building accounting infrastructure in high-growth settings.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Insurance or TPA experience is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote, high-ownership culture.

Benefits
