Job summary

Vibrantz Technologies Inc. is seeking a Controller to manage financial operations for manufacturing facilities, ensuring US GAAP compliance and strong internal controls. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to optimize cost efficiency and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in general ledger accounting and cost accounting.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX.
  • Experience using ERP systems for financial and operational reporting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Manage cost accounting and inventory processes, including standard cost updates, variance analysis, and inventory valuation methodologies.
  • Oversee general accounting activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit support.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights on plant operations, including P&L reporting and variance explanations.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities for manufacturing operations.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance, improve financial processes, and support operational performance.

Role Overview

The Controller is responsible for financial management, cost accounting, and overall accounting activities supporting manufacturing operations. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal control requirements while providing financial insight to drive operational performance and decision‑making. The position partners closely with plant leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights that support efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage cost accounting and inventory processes, including standard cost updates, variance analysis, and inventory valuation methodologies.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications


  • CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification.

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, preferably S/4HANA.

  • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain internal controls and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
