Job summary

Connect Search is partnering with a Financial Services/Investment company adding a new Controller to the team in Addison, TX. CPA certification is required and the candidate will oversee financial records and accounting personnel.

The ideal candidate will maintain all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts, ensure government compliance, and serve as the main contact for external auditors. Leadership of 6-7 direct reports is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 7+ years of related experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• GAAP knowledge, CPA required
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
