Job summary

ROCKLAND MANUFACTURING seeks an experienced Controller to maintain the company’s financial health, manage accounting, and drive strategic decision making. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while partnering with the owner and operations managers.

You will mentor the accounting team, ensure accurate COGS and financial reporting, and work on consolidation reporting from EPICOR ERP. The role requires a strong ethic and discretion for sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of ten years’ experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably EPICOR) including consolidation reporting tools.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
