Inmar in Libertyville, IL, is seeking a Controlled Substance Material Handler to support the processing of returned/recalled items in a warehouse setting. Under supervision, you will follow SOPs and maintain safety as you handle mixed items, including potential controlled substances.
You will lift and move boxes to scanning lines, verify RA paperwork, prepare items for scanning, and palletize finished totes for storage. If certified, operate a forklift and keep a clean, compliant workspace.
Under direct supervision and working within a cage or secured area, a Controlled Substance Material Handler in warehouse operations is responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the processing of returned/recalled items on behalf of a retailer or manufacturer. The shipment received for processing may contain both controlled substance items and non-controlled items. The Controlled Substance Material Handler position requires high attention to detail and ability to read, understand and follow standard operating procedures specific to this position.

The hiring pay rate for this position is: $18.74 Incremental pay increase are provided at 3 months and 12 months of employment. This is a non-exempt, hourly role eligible for overtime in accordance with federal and state laws.
