Elite Staffing Partners in Burlington, NC is seeking an experienced Control Wiring Technician for an immediate temporary assignment. You will wire, assemble, test, and troubleshoot electrical control panels, reading schematics and blueprints to ensure quality and safety.

The position runs Monday through Friday with a pay rate of $25.00–$28.00 per hour depending on experience; the assignment is at least one month with potential extension based on orders.

Elite Staffing Partners is NOW HIRING an experienced Control Wiring Technician in Burlington, NC!

We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented Control Wiring Technician for an immediate temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in electrical control panel wiring, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.

The assignment is expected to last at least one month, with the possibility of an extension based on production orders and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Wire, assemble, and test electrical control panels and equipment according to wiring diagrams and schematics.

Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.

Install and connect electrical components, including switches, relays, terminals, and control wiring.

Inspect and verify wiring connections for accuracy, functionality, and quality.

Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify wiring defects or component malfunctions.

Perform electrical testing to ensure equipment operates according to specifications.

Follow established company procedures and quality standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Follow all safety procedures and properly utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and production requirements.

Qualifications

Previous experience in electrical control panel wiring, electrical assembly, or a related field.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Experience installing, connecting, and troubleshooting electrical components.

Familiarity with electrical hand tools, wiring equipment, and testing instruments.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Understanding of electrical safety practices and PPE requirements.

Reliable attendance and ability to begin work as soon as possible.

Pay Rate:$25.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Higher compensation may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.

Duration: Minimum one-month assignment, with possible extension depending on customer orders.

Workdays: Monday through Friday.
