Responsibilities

• Voice of the Customer (VOC): use warranty data, parts returns, and service reports to understand customer experiences.
• Assess and triage issues by severity, impact, and risk; coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Craft detailed problem statements with context and impact information.
• Support issue owners with problem-solving guidance and monitor resolution progress.
• Participate in regular reviews to identify process improvements and capture stakeholder feedback.
