Role Description

The Control Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Houston area. This role is responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining control systems for HVAC equipment, including instrumentation and electrical components. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting control issues, performing preventive maintenance, calibrating sensors and control devices, and verifying proper operation of HVAC systems. The Control Technician will document work performed, follow safety standards and company procedures, and collaborate with other technicians and project teams to ensure efficient and reliable system performance. This position may require occasional overtime or work outside regular hours to support customer needs and critical service calls.
