Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in a related field or 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.
• Willingness to work overtime and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, repair, and service electrical and instrument equipment throughout the plant.
• Install and calibrate equipment; troubleshoot to ensure continuous production.
• Perform preventive maintenance and root cause analysis.
• Follow safety rules and work schedule requirements.
