We are seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer II to develop architectures, PLC programs, and SCADA interfaces for Southeast projects. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, plus hands-on experience with automation hardware and software, field instrumentation, and integration across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with control system design and integration projects.
• Strong understanding of PLC/SCADA hardware and software concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze water and wastewater plant plans to determine automation requirements.
• Develop control system architectures using PLC/remote I/O and SCADA.
• Create I/O lists, control narratives, functional descriptions, and alarm logic.
• Evaluate process instrumentation and determine signal types and ranges.
• Review electrical schematics and network drawings for system integration.
• Develop PLC programs for automated monitoring and control of processes.
• Configure PID loops and other control functions to regulate variables.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and manufacturers on requirements.
• Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and start-up of systems.
