Job summary

Schneider Electric is offering a Control Systems Engineer Co-Op in the United States, Jeffersonville area. You will work with Foxboro DCS, industrial networking, and cybersecurity under senior engineers to design, configure, and document automation solutions for industrial environments.

You'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to end-to-end project delivery while contributing to real projects for customers and operations within a collaborative, safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a related technical field.
• Demonstrates strong judgment in selecting technology, methods, and techniques for control system projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead engineers in developing system architecture drawings using Visio/CAD and audit BOMs for project accuracy.
• Install and configure Foxboro DCS software suites and perform database entries.
• Support secure networks, including firewalls and cybersecurity tooling under guidance.
• Maintain software matrices and FAT/commissioning documentation.
• Participate in FAT activities to ensure client requirements are met.
