Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of professional driving, systems, or warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Background in facilities or operations preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze BAS system needs and recommend repairs or materials.
• Attend training in monitoring, analytics, and BAS logic.
• Run daily interoffice mail and assist with deposits.
• Receive and organize warehouse deliveries and inventory.
• Assist with inspections of district buildings and safety procedures.
• Support snow removal operations and equipment use.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
