Control Software Safety Engineer
Rolls-Royce is looking for a Control Software Safety Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on flagship Rolls-Royce programs and play a vital role in solving some of the most complex and interesting technological challenges in the industry while being part of a global, multi-disciplinary team.
As a Control Software Safety Engineer, you will develop and maintain the Safety Cases for Electronic Engine Control and Monitoring Systems to ensure the design is single fault tolerant and meets the engine functional hazard rates and all applicable certification requirements. You will be responsible for analyzing software functionality, potential safety hazards associated with software, and producing compliance evidence to industry software safety standards. You will support full life cycle development and mentor junior engineers on processes, tools, and technical solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel up to 20% between Rolls-Royce sites and up to 10% other travel.

Pay Range: $70,629 - $105,943 Annually
