Position Overview: Responsible to the Production Manager for supervising and coordinating activities of manufacturing areas during a shift, ensuring efficient equipment and manpower utilization, maintaining production schedules, and producing quality products safely.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan work and production based on thorough knowledge of processes and equipment.
• Ensure associates have necessary raw materials, instructions, machine availability, and training.
• Monitor associates for effectiveness, safety, and adherence to instructions, and evaluate performance to reduce waste.
• Maintain records of attendance, absence, and overtime.
• Ensure raw materials, manpower, and equipment are available and operational to produce quality products efficiently.
• Handle first-step grievances per policy.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the Plant Manager.

• Proven manufacturing management experience.

Education: Preferred Associates/Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience in a manufacturing or compounding facility.
