Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Ohio required.
• Narcotics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be reliable and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate medication orders for drug, dosage, potential interactions, and proper administration.
• Make recommendations for therapy changes to physicians and facility staff as needed.
• Maintain customers' database including medical history and clinical data.
• Investigate and resolve medication-related queries.
• Communicate with nursing staff, physicians and other healthcare team members regarding medication-related queries.
• Supervise the preparation of medicines.
• Maintain register of controlled drugs for legal and stock control purposes.
• Maintain proper security conditions for medications.
• Perform on-call duties when required.

Responsibilities:

• Experience working Controlled Drugs (Narcotics).
• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and proper administration.

Shift:

6pm-2:30am Monday- Friday
