Job summary

OpenKyber is hiring a Control Room Operator for a full-time, 12+ month contract in Charlotte, NC, with 3 days onsite per week. You will manage time, juggle multiple tasks, and coordinate across teams using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office.

You will support release management, SOP creation, and process improvements while participating in status calls and cross-team communications. W-2 employment only.

Qualifications

• Time management and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.
• Strong JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office proficiency.
• Experience coordinating web meetings and status calls across teams.
• Ability to draft and maintain standard operating procedures.
