Job summary

The Procter & Gamble Company is seeking Plant Technicians at its South Boston Manufacturing Center to operate and maintain production technology and equipment for leading brands (Gillette, Venus, Tide, Dawn, Olay, Downy). You will join a team ensuring safe operation, quality output, and reliable performance across shifts including weekends.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of power plant ops/maintenance, MA Second-Class Engineering License, and experience with chillers, turbines, boilers, and

Qualifications

• Minimally a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Willingness to work any shift and wear safety PPE.
• Current Commonwealth of Massachusetts Second-Class Engineering License (minimum).
• At least 3 years of experience in operations/maintenance of major power plant equipment.
• Understand and experience with compressed air systems, chillers, turbines, boilers, RO/waste water systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain critical power generation equipment including 7.2 MW co-generation and steam systems.
• Manage boilers, chillers, compressed air, vacuum and process water systems.
• Oversee water treatment systems and permit compliance testing.
• Rotating shift work and weekend coverage as required.
