Qualifications

• Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Possess a current Commonwealth of Massachusetts Second-Class Firemen’s License or higher. Must maintain license requirements.
• Demonstrate good understanding and experience on compressed air systems, chillers, turbines, boilers, RO, sea water, process water and wastewater systems.
• Willing to work any shift and wear required safety PPE (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain critical power generation equipment and systems.
• Act as owner and shift leader for the assigned equipment and process areas.
• Keep the manufacturing center running smoothly by following procedures and safety rules.
• Adapt to shift rotations and overtime as required by production needs.
