Job summary
Novo Nordisk is seeking a skilled operations professional to operate and monitor multiple plant facilities and site support systems from a centralized control center for the DAPI-US facility. You will support automation, controls, and facilities engineers in troubleshooting, improvements, and data trends development, while coordinating with maintenance for shutdowns, startups, and safety permits.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills across multiple organizational levels are preferred.
- Ability to prioritize equipment and system issues based on safety, production impact, and operational need.
- Experience reading CAD drawings and basic understanding of P&ID, PFD, HVAC, electrical systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for site & automation project execution.
- Prioritize alarm and warning conditions and analyze abnormal trends.
- Review and document system or operational anomalies for root cause and clearance.
- Assist in establishing standards and procedures for control room & automation systems.
- Support installation, commissioning, qualification & training for Site Support systems.
