Qualifications

• Must have prior experience as a Control Room Operator or equivalent in a power generation facility.
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to monitor real-time plant systems and respond to alarms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate combined-cycle plant systems from the control room.
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions.
• Support startups, shutdowns and operational transitions.
• Maintain accurate operating logs (output, emissions, fuel, water, heat rate).
• Support maintenance activities including LOTO and troubleshooting.
