Rita Staffing is seeking a Control Room Operator in Sebring, FL. The role involves entering data into the control room system, selecting materials per blend sheet, and maintaining daily production logs.

You will work with the tote room team, adjust materials as needed, and help ensure each batch is fully packaged before the next batch proceeds. Strong computer skills and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Input data into the control room computer coordinating lines on the production floor
• Select materials based on the blend sheet being run
• Complete the daily production operating logs
• Coordinate with tote room operator to allocate correct sprayable materials
• Read the floor and make corrective actions based on production needs
• Ensure each batch is fully packaged before the next batch is dumped into the packaging hopper

JOB OBJECTIVES:

• Inputs data into the control room computer that coordinates the lines on the production floor.
• Select the proper materials based on the blend sheet being run.
• Complete the daily production operating logs
• Works with tote room operator to change and allocate correct sprayable materials per run.
• Can read the floor and make corrective actions if needed based on production needs.
• Ensures each batch is completely packaged before allowing the next batch to be dumped into the packaging hopper.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Troubleshooting abilities with computer programs a must
• Experience with Microsoft Excel & Word
• Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow directions
• Interpersonal Skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment, reliable, dependable and trustworthy
• Safely lift 50lbs as needed
