Turn blueprints into real-world control systems

You like working with your hands, reading a print, and seeing a clean, wired control panel come together from scratch. This role puts you right at the heart of industrial automation, assembling and wiring the control systems that keep manufacturing moving.

You’ll build and wire industrial control panels and cabinets from blueprints and wiring diagrams, sometimes teaming up on robotic systems and aluminum-framed assemblies.

Every panel you touch has to be clean, accurate, and defect free.

If you’ve got some mechanical or electrical assembly experience and a real desire to learn, this is a strong entry point toward engineering or the electrical trade.

If that sounds like your path, we want to talk to you.

You’ll use basic power and hand tools, along with standard office software including Microsoft Office Suite.
