• High School or Trade School diploma (or equivalent).
• Around 2 years of manufacturing or hands-on experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Understanding of electrical wiring methods and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to travel for project work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels from engineering drawings, schematics, and layouts.
• Follow processes and best practices to deliver high-quality builds.
• Interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and bills of materials.
• Complete panel layout work, including enclosure cut-outs and component mounting.
• Work with wiring, drilling, tapping, and other tools and materials.
• Ensure accurate labeling and identification of components and wiring.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Deliver professional workmanship on every project.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble electrical control panels from engineering drawings, schematics, and layouts
• Follow proven company processes and best practices to deliver high-quality builds
• Interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and bills of materials
• Complete panel layout work, including enclosure cut-outs and component mounting
• Work with a range of tools and materials, including wiring, drilling, and tapping
• Ensure accurate labelling and identification of components and wiring
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace
• Deliver professional workmanship on every project

Expect variety in your work -from detailed assembly to problem-solving and continuous skill development.

What We're Looking For

• An understanding of electrical wiring methods and standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Knowledge of wire types, sizes, and colour coding
• Confidence using tools and working hands-on
