Job summary

Syensqo is a science company focused on innovative solutions that improve lives while protecting the planet. This role supports safe operation of production lines, adherence to specifications, and collaboration with process engineering and improvement teams on-site in Anaheim, CA.

The candidate will read and follow SOPs, use ERP and quality tracking tools, and communicate effectively with cross-functional colleagues. A HS diploma or GED is required, and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

  • Must have a High School Diploma OR GED Equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Effective communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Able to take verbal directions and understand written procedures.
  • Understand Physical and Quality Requirements and SOPs/SOPs.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate mastery in operating Production Lines.
  • Troubleshoot Production Lines.
  • Use the ERP System as required in job duties.
  • Use the Quality Issue Tracking System as required in job duties.
  • Use Excel and other programs as required.
  • Assist Process Engineering as required.
  • Assist Improvement Teams as required.

A reliable and detail-oriented Control operator who will responsible for operating equipment in a safe and appropriate manner and to run products within approved specifications and quality.

  • The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Demonstrate mastery in operating Production Lines
  • Troubleshoot Production Lines
  • Use the ERP (Enterprise resource planning) System as required in the execution of their job duties
  • Use the Quality Issue Tracking System as required in the execution of their job duties
  • Use other computer programs (e.g. Excel) as required in the execution of their job duties
  • Assist Process Engineering as required
  • Assist Improvement Teams as required

You will get:
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $27.60 per hour. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
  • 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
  • Access to a training platform for all employees
  • Free well-being sessions (physical and psychological)

  • Schedule: 8 hr/ 12 hr
  • Pay rate $27.60

  • Must be fit to use a full face respirator ( Clean shaven requirement, no beard, mustache ok)
  • Must be a U.S Citizen or Green Card holder
