Job summary

Concentra seeks a skilled Engineer II, Control-M to design, develop, and maintain Control-M solutions, aligning with ITIL standards. You will collaborate with IT teams to implement new features, monitor health, and ensure data accuracy for reporting and dashboards.

The role requires 4+ years with Control-M administration and automation within regulated environments, plus a strong understanding of encryption, SFTP, and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Control-M job automation in a regulated enterprise environment.
• 4+ years of Control-M administration.
• Familiar with Control-M components (EM, Agent, CM) and advanced job types.
• Experience with PGP encryption and key management (GnuPG).
• Experience in business process analysis and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Control-M solutions with consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and stakeholders on Control-M usage.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Monitor and support Control-M platform administration tasks (monitoring, upgrades, access).
• Document requirements, user stories, processes, and SOPs; translate business needs into technical specs.
• Define reporting needs and build dashboards for business insights.
