We’re looking for a capable and driven Controls Engineer to join a growing team delivering innovative industrial automation solutions across a variety of sectors. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone confident working independently while staying connected to a collaborative technical team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and programming industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA)
• Working with electrical schematics and system architecture
• Troubleshooting, simulating, and commissioning control systems
• Collaborating with internal teams and client engineers to deliver tailored solutions
• Occasionally supporting remote testing or startup (depending on the project)

Who You Are:

• Experienced with PLC/HMI programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
• Comfortable with industrial automation environments and system integration
• Strong problem-solver with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Organized, responsive, and driven to deliver high-quality work
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. –
