Job Description:

• Review, investigate, and develop appropriate recommendations regarding Instrumentation and Control Systems, including Field Instruments and Valves.
• Possess instrumentation and controls engineering experience in the mineral processing industry.
• Have at least ten (10) years of related engineering experience in Electrical or Instrumentation and Control.

Responsibilities:

• Review, investigate, and develop recommendations for Instrumentation and Control Systems during project phases such as Feasibility Study, Basic Engineering, and Detailed Engineering.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Support risk assessments, including PHA/HAZOP, LOPA/SIL assessment, SIL verification, and review of safety requirement specifications (SRS).
• Use technical judgment to select and adapt engineering alternatives during project implementation stages.
• Assist in developing company discipline (instrumentation and controls) specification standards.
• Develop conceptual and detailed instrumentation and controls requirements, including instrument selection and guidelines to meet project needs.
• Collaborate with the project team during optimization efforts at various project stages.
