Responsibilities

• Use pick lists, handheld computers, and warehouse management systems to locate and retrieve materials for order fulfillment.
• Move materials from stock locations to designated order fulfillment areas.
• Load products into cartons, packages, or onto pallets according to customer and shipping requirements.
• Verify product quantities and order accuracy through barcode scanning and manual system entries.
• Package orders according to established packaging guidelines and quality standards.
• Prepare shipments by applying labels and inserting required documentation.
• Process shipment transactions within warehouse systems and verify shipment counts before release.
• Inspect packaging to ensure products are protected during transportation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
• Meet productivity, quality, and service level expectations while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leads, supervisors, and management.
• Support operational goals through flexibility and cross-functional teamwork.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Lenovo/USFC Management Team, including supervisors and leads.
