Job summary

Sirius Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Control Center Technician in Whitsett, NC to support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations.

You will process orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely shipments, and adherence to safety procedures. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Use pick lists, handheld computers, and warehouse management systems to locate and retrieve materials for order fulfillment.
• Move materials from stock locations to designated order fulfillment areas.
• Load products into cartons, packages, or onto pallets according to customer and shipping requirements.
• Verify product quantities and order accuracy through barcode scanning and manual system entries.
• Package orders according to established packaging guidelines and quality standards.
• Prepare shipments by applying labels and inserting required documentation.
• Process shipment transactions within warehouse systems and verify shipment counts before release.
• Inspect packaging to ensure products are protected during transportation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
• Meet productivity, quality, and service level expectations while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leads, supervisors, and management.
• Support operational goals through flexibility and cross-functional teamwork.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Lenovo/USFC Management Team, including supervisors and leads.
