• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an Associate’s degree with relevant experience in field service or systems engineering.
• Experience in troubleshooting and controls for field service environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive alarms from fuel cells and create work orders for field service.
• Perform remote actions to tune fuel cell and ancillary equipment.
• Conduct remote starts of fuel cells during off-peak hours.
• Communicate outages to senior management.
• Work with monitoring systems to analyze fleet health and optimize performance.
• Develop plans to meet short- and long-term objectives.
• Foster trust and cooperation within the team and with stakeholders.
