HyAxiom, Inc. is seeking a Control Center Engineer to join the Service organization. You will monitor the worldwide fleet of hydrogen fuel cells, respond to alarms, document work orders, and guide field technicians in remote or on-site repairs.
You will balance a flexible schedule across shifts and days, develop plans to improve fleet performance, and communicate outages to senior management while maintaining high reliability and customer satisfaction.

The Control Center Engineer reports to the Service organization at HyAxiom. The Service organization is responsible for customer support, spare parts management, service engineering, service contract execution, and field service of HyAxiom’s stationary fuel cell fleet. HyAxiom’s state‑of‑the‑art Control Center monitors the worldwide fleet of fuel cells. The Control Center Engineer is the first point of contact for customer inquiries through phone and email, and is first to receive fuel cell alarms from the remote monitoring system. The Control Center Engineer will respond to all customer requests, document all fuel cell alarms, and provide work instructions for the Field Service Technicians that will complete repairs at the fuel cell locations. Due to the nature of the worldwide service business, the Control Center Engineer must be willing to accommodate a flexible schedule, with availability on all shifts and all days of the week.
