Qualifications

• Experience with large, complex control accounts or portfolios (>$20M).
• Strong analytical and data consolidation skills for executive summaries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple control accounts with combined budgets of $20–30 million.
• Develop and maintain integrated cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
• Provide leadership with portfolio-level reporting and actionable insights.
• Analyze program performance to identify trends, risks, and variances and recommend actions.
• Support EVM processes and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for schedule planning and integration with project controls.
• Coordinate with project managers, technical leads, finance, and leadership to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and briefings for management and stakeholders.
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and change control activities.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
