Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a part-time Tool Crib Attendant to support Operations and Maintenance of Indirect Purchasing commodities. You will maintain stock levels via MRP replenishment, perform cycle counts, barcode materials, and assist with supplier cost reductions.

The role requires flexibility to cover shifts; weekends are included, with 10pm–10am or 10am–10pm schedules. Associate degree preferred and SAP MRP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• SAP MRP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels through MRP replenishment to maximum stock levels.
• Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Barcode materials and locations for scanning.
• Support stock-out issues and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Process mail shipments.
• Process repairs of spare parts or tools and coordinate with vendors.
• Interface with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations and Engineering teams daily.
• Identify and execute Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Identify cost savings with suppliers.
• Identify Obsolete Inventory assisting in resolutions.
• Responsible for Invoice Resolutions supporting Accounts Payable.
