Montage Health is hiring a Contracts Specialist to support enterprise-wide contracting needs, manage agreements, and assist with regulatory updates. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of health care experience, strong administrative and analytical skills, and proficient knowledge of contract documents.
Education requirements include an associate degree, and a four-year degree is preferred. Salary ranges from $87,817 to $117,478 based on experience, with additional benefits provided.
Under the leadership of the Director of Payor & Corporate Contracting, the Contracts Specialist (CS) shall work collaboratively and take the daily lead from the Senior Contracts Manager to support and share the workload to meet Montage Health’s enterprise‑wide contracting needs, to entail document preparation/finalization, implementation, and monitoring/addressing any ongoing system‑wide licensing matters, and shall also assist with maintenance of the centralized contracting application, TractManager (MediTract).
The Contracts Specialist will be requested to support various ongoing physician and medical director agreement maintenance and administrative needs, assist with Montage Health entities contract support, contract & legal research, and assist with regulatory and insurance filings and updates. Additionally, help with special projects, enterprise licensing, and credentialing support and other tasks as needed to support organizational needs.
Salary Range (based on years of applicable experience) $87,817 to $117,478.
